Each month between January – April we will feature a special menu from a selected former Head Chef that has worked in our hotel in the past 40 years.
As the second stop of our culinary journey, we revive dishes from one of Hungary’s best chefs: Chef György László who was the former Executive Sous Chef (1984-1990) and later Head Chef of the Forum Hotel and InterContinental Budapest (1990-2003).
The special “Culinary Journey” menu is available for takeaway or – when restrictions allow – can be tasted in our bar.
