Bid Farewell to the year with special New Year’s Eve dishes prepared by our chefs, which you can enjoy in the comfort of your room or in the Corso Bar at the last minutes of the year.

Orange duck paté with Cumberland sauce (4,7,9)


Spinach baked in crispy pastry with saffron cream  (2,4,7,10)


St Jacob mussel with parsley Jerusalem artichoke puree and green apple salad (3,5,6,7,8)


Oriental lentil soup with crispy bread cube (2)


Main dishes

Crispy roasted pork with apple sauce, garlic mashed potato, crispy snow peas and gravy sauce (2,7)


Smoked Mediterranean ratatouille with roasted garlic mashed potato and roasted pine nuts  (7,10)


Cheese plate with dried fruits  (7,10,14)


Baked chocolate cake with red wine poached pear (2,4,7,13)
