Trio of salmon:

 Gravlax with dill sweet mustard; smoked salmon roulade; salmon rilette with caviar (5,9)

Grilled duck liver with caramelized apple, roasted brioche (2,4,7)

Buffalo mozzarella with ruccola and grilled warm tomato salad, pine nuts (7,10)

Main Courses

Christmas turkey filled with chestnut, winter vegetables and cranberry sauce (2,4,10)

Pike perch fillet Kárpáti style, Zala crayfish and dill sauce (2,3,5,7)

Spinach polenta with gruyere sauce, caramelized walnut (7,10)

 

Desserts

Cranberry– Orelys chocolate cake (2,4,7,13)

Poached Clementine with gingerbread ice-cream (7)
